After the collapse, Damián is seriously ill and tells his sons what to do with the factory if he is no longer there, a decision with which Jesús does not agree.

Luz saves Don Damián's life, and he decides to hire her at the factory, even though Jesús still doesn't see eye to eye. Meanwhile, the employees refuse to work until it's safe.

Begoña lies to Jesús about a call she receives and he reveals a face that his wife had previously unknown, and the affinity between Begoña and Andrés grows.

Jesús reveals to his family that Begoña is pregnant, and she is upset; she hasn't confirmed it yet. Meanwhile, Andrés announces his engagement to María.

Jesús refuses to give Lázaro any money and blames Digna for the fact that her son Valentín killed his wife and the mother of his daughter.

Begoña discovers she's not pregnant and tells Andrés. While she's thinking about how to tell Jesús, he receives a call saying his daughter, Julia, has been kidnapped.
